This years event also features a auto & 4x4 show, Bar B Q contest, photography contest, talent contest, baked goods & cake decorating contest, and lots of stuff for every age group to do. Each ethnic group is asked to cook ethnic food from their country, performers and entertainers take to the stage to dazzle festival goers with a glitzy whirl of color, sound, and movement. Held adjacent to Roberts Ranch on the corner of Main St (SR 29)& 11th St, the event features a parade, wild hog BBQ, the famous "Immokalee Big Salad", a farm equipment show, helicopter rides, live entertainment, food, fun, games.
